This has been done via methods such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-exploration. The mind and body are so intrinsically linked that I believe both need to be nurtured to create an existence that is both calming and joyful. A whole-body approach to well-being is what I focus on, through yoga and mindfulness practices

About Me
I have struggled with my mental health on and off for over 13 years. I understand exactly how it feels to be constantly exhausted by your mind. I could have easily settled with the idea that I was always going to feel low or anxious. However, I don’t believe anyone should have to settle for poor mental health, so I decided to do everything in my power to try to make myself feel better.
